My company currently tests used monitors for resale. We currently use a pattern generator and entry level technicians to evaluate the screen quality. We are getting too many returns from our customers so I would like to upgrade the system to performing more objective technical tests using trained labor. What test equipment should I use? I have looked at convergence testers, color analyzers, light meters, etc. but I want to make sure that if the monitor passes the battery of tests, we can be comfortable that the picture quality is as close to new as possible. |
