You cannot "make" someone fall in love with you. The best that can be
done is to arrange your own appearance and behavior in such a way as
to maximize your chances of being appealing. Good grooming, a sense of
humor, and attentive, thoughtful acts are almost always helpful.
Obsessive, stalkerish behavior is likely to alienate rather than
attract.

Maybe not 'fall in love', but I knew a guy who swore by a certain musk
aftershave, and it appeared to work.

I also had an interesting experience, unfortunately I did not know

Let me correct any misunderstanding:  No, I doubt that you would fall

well...my advice is ...
1. Ask her for a date. Choose the place of the date... may be you must
