I am getting neurofeedback training and it is expensive. 140.00 per
visit. I would like to supplement the training but you must be a
health care professional to use/buy/update the software and hardware
for neurofeedback. I also believe a professional should stay involved.
That said, is biofeedback comparable to neurofeedback? Can you work on
specific lobes/areas of the brain with biofeedback? I am looking for a
way to reduce costs but get comparable treatment using it myself at
home.
