We are a growing firm of executive search consultants in Australia. 
We are looking for new products/services we might be able to offer our
clients.  We are mainly interested in products that are based on
defensible research.  The sort of thing we are looking for would be a
competitor for an established product like Lominger's suite of online
assessment tools for leadership and management assessment.  We want
something that is online.  We would pay for the rights to use and
market the product in Australia, preferably on an exclusive basis. 
Another way of saying this is that we are looking for emerging "hot"
new products in the management and leadership assessment space.

It?s hard to know what criteria to apply to determine whether an
assessment is ?hot? or not. I?m familiar with Lominger since their
founding in 1991 and have watched them develop and market their
product line through savvy alliances and comprehensive and integrated
talent management initiatives.

Below I?ve included the biggest peers and competitors for Lominger.
Most of them have well established international operations and offer
a variety of partnership, affiliate and licensing programs. Sometimes
it?s difficult to distinguish between the publisher and the official
distributors so I?ve provided as much information as possible so you
can make contact with these companies.
