Hello - and thanks for your question

The "sin bin" was introduced in 1982, according to this BBC Sports
Academy page on the history of Rugby League:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sportacademy/bsp/hi/rugby_league/rules/history/html/thirteen_man.stm

This website confirms the date is 1982:

http://www.thisischeshire.co.uk/cheshire/warrington/warrington_wolves/history/history21.html

The fastest goal in a Wembley FA cup final was scored by Roberto di
Matteo.

" The fastest ever goal in a final was scored by Chelsea's Roberto di
Matteo in 1997, where he took just 43 seconds to hit the back of the
net against Middlesborough."

See Wembley's own website at:

http://www.wembleynationalstadium.co.uk/endofanera/History/football.asp

Another site with the same information is at:

http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/amd-webdesign/wcwmbin3.htm

Hope this helps but please ask for clarification if any of this answer
is unclear.

Good luck with your puzzles.

Regards - Leli
