I would like to find some great online training sessions regarding
fundraising trends in higher education.  I've searched the web but
haven't found anything that fits.  I will purchase this training for
my team so that we will stay on top of the latest developments in this
space.  I'd like to purchase 1-2 hours of training in this area for
4-5 people.

It will help a Researcher if you can tell what you found that didn't
"fit", both websites that were not what you wanted, or better, the
type of training offered that you did not like and what type you would
like; if price is a consideration, what the parameters are.  I think
that it would also help if you could explain what type of fundraising
project you have and the target donors.
 
Just for example, reading your question, I thought of a major
fundraising for a big anniversary with teams for each class of
alumni/ae, a multi-million dollar goal, individual goals for each
class, a target schedule of the numbers of gift amounts (a few real
biggies, many more major gifts, and so on down to what the most recent
alumni can be expected to give).

But that may not be what you have in mind.
