Chinese Federal Ban 49 is an invention of Porter Stansberry, a
publisher of stock market advisories. There is no such thing as "Ban
#49" and recently Stansberry himself admits to making it
up....Probably on the advice of his attorneys. People who track
Stansberry's stock picks, say they are pretty much non-performers and
Stansberry is currently being sued by the SEC. He is a very
creative writer and the "Ban" will no doubt suck in hundreds or
even thousands of gullible new subscribers to his "advisories".
