I am developing a business plan and am looking  for two things:

1) Camera phone shipments by year (actuals for 2000-2005 and forecast
for 2006-2010)
2) Forecast of Mobile Phones w/ Removable Memory Card Slot Shipments
by year through 2010 with breakdown by memory card type (ie SD,
SD-micro, MMC, Sony etc)

Source data documentation is required.  

Would appreciate any help.

Also if research has any other historical penetration data, I would consider buying.

I think I have seen data for #2 but it wasn't broken down per flash
memory card used. Would you be interested in this?
