Nevada Secretary of State web site pretty much lays it out: http://secretaryofstate.biz/comm_rec/whyinc.htm There are lots of companies in Nevada that exist as in-state agents for these "Nevada" corporations: see numbers 3 through 6 in particular on this page from one such company: http://www.nevadafirst.com/FAQ.html#why |
