You might try playing with zillow.com, which will show you estimates for individual properties. If you click on one, it will give you a 12 month graph of changes in the estimate for that property. This can be increased to a 5 or 10 year graph. You can also click somewhere on that page for recent actual sales of equivalent houses. Zillow is a new site and there are some questions about how it gets and calculates the information. A search with zillow will find you sites about this. Any site that puts real numbers on properties looks very authoritative, perhaps more so than is justified, but for your purposes, zillow.com may be of interest. |
