Hi,

There are no sperms in semen analyses, and here is the tsticulare biopsy report:
The examined sections from the testicular biopsy revealed
average-sized hypocellular seminiferous tubules; resting on normal
basement membranes, all showing sertoli cells, spermatogonia and
spermatocytes with no further maturation. The calculated mean score of
maturation was below 4 (normal johnson score =8.9-10). The
interstitium showed no abnormalities.
note. the FSH is normal.

Please advise.

Thanks & Regards
 Wael.
