I recently installed a Palm Treo 700w on to my Windows XP Dell XPS
(Pentium D) comupter. Since then I have gotten the blue screen of
death several times. The purported cause, according to the blue screen
is a device driver problem. I'm unable to find a driver to replace the
current one and unsure how to switch drivers in the first place for
any device. I have reintalled the software on my computer already and
this doesn not rememdy the problem. I did have a palm device on this
computer previously that used a usb sync through COM4. So, my question
is...

What step should I take, call Dell, download new driver and install
(need url and instructions), restore OS (please no!), run some utility
to make sure I have the appropriate drivers...etc.
