The DVD Drive and CD-RW Drive are not working. I can not down load
Folders from PC to CDs. The message on the screen is 'No disc' despite
the fact that there is a disc inserted. Both 'PROPERTIES' for DVD and
CD are reading 'USED space O bytes and FREE space O bytes. The
CAPACITY in both is totally used.
What can I do to restore this function?
