It happens all the time - with a few tweaks here and there.

But better not to just nick from company; shop around and nick from two or more.

(That's what I'd do.)

There are more than 2.7 million sites found by searching with:  sample bylaws

I expect that many new companies start with such a sample appropriate
to their business and legislation.
