In 1995 or 1996, Paul Bahrs won the Robert Long Prize Competition for
his text on "Galois and Hessel compared" (see
www.math.ufl.edu/dept_news_events/sp96_newsletter.ps).
I was not able to find this text. I am searching for it, or for the
current mail address of Paul Bahrs.
Thanks in advance,
Benoit Timmermans

I couldn't find much information on the web, but have tried to contact
the current chair of the Robert Long Scolarship committee, Dr. Richard
Drew.

Can you tell me why you are looking for P Bahrs and why you need the paper?
