I would like to know the median and average home values in the santa
clara county  and santa cruz county and california overall (all 3
compared), from the period of 1960 through current (or at least 1975
to current you can't go back to the 60's)

I am looking for pricing from 1960 to current showing every year in between.

I suggest that you read the FAQs on pricing.  You might also consider
refining your question to explain what information you want "from the
period of 1960 through current ...".  Would figures from 1960 or 1975
and every five years since be satisfactory?
