I took some time to go through the hotels and is as if the "Labour
Hotel Zibo" is cheaper than most of them, as it costs usd24/night for
both single and double etc. If there be no cheaper apartment than the
ones given, I will take it for an answer. But if you can get me a
cheaper one, I will be most happy.

After additional research, I was unable to locate available prices for
apartments. The only other hotel that I found that you may be
interested in is the Luzhong Hotel:

After converting the currency, the rate is approximately $24 per night.
