I am relatively new to doing any kind of promoting online other then
Google Adwords; however a friend of mine posts to message boards, etc.
etc.

......with only a few links to promote, I'm basing this question on
the context of the offer.

here's goes:


"I'll tell you what, I already belong to aprox. 50 different exchanges
and if you want I can add your url to a few of these and get a bunch
of guarenteed hits to that site. if your interested, go ahead and send
me a tracking url that goes to that site so you can keep track of the
results and I'll add it to a few traffic exchanges and see how it
goes."

Where do I find the tracking codes to the url's I promote?

I always reserve a domain name and use forwarding to gain visitors...
...that's the question?!?!?
