Can you please tell me what, if anything, has happened to the Designer
clothes catalogue Kingshilldirect?
No new catalogue appeared this Autumn, the site is closed...and no
notice was given and there does not seem to be any report in the
business section of the paper.
Have they close for good....are they bankrupt??
It just seems so sudden...

I do not post this as an answer since I did not find enough facts; but
it seems that Kingshill Direct (or: The Kingshill Collection Ltd.) is
indeed bankrupt and not in business anymore.
1: The whois-database of their domain provider,
www.internetters.co.uk. lists their domain "kingshilldirect.com" as
expired. No company still in business would let this happen.
2: On 4 September 2002, there was a case before the UK Supreme Court's
Companies Court involving Kingshill Ltd., which is not a good sign:

Obviously, Kingshill Direct is not operating anymore.
