password for what? It depends on the decoding. In general, passwords
are there for a reason. What gives you the authorisation?

What is there to decode? Does a password have any intrinsic meaning?
Isn't it just a bunch of more or less random symbols that if entered
in the appropriate field match the one of the acceptable codewords on
file, perhaps checking the source from which it is entered.

I've internet cafe with 30 computers, the last administrator which i
hired didnt do his job well and i fired him.He had managed the
maintance of the web site of the internet cafe and for the
time-maintance program i need this password to be decoded so i get
access back instead of reconfiguring it again and paying other
administrator to reinstall it.
Nothing illegal... if u cant do it no problem.
