It appears that the only place online currently offering this brand
for sale is an eBay store, Tina's Treasure Trove:

Please let me know if you find anything at Tina's that meets your needs.

I am aware of sellers on eBay selling them. I guess I want to know
something about the original company. Have they gone out of business
and that is why they are on eBay only now? I remember buying them at
Sam's Club, but I don't think they are a Sam's club brand. I thought
they were sold at a normal retail outfit somewhere... not a
fly-by-night operation.

Tell me something more then the google search. I've been there, and
done that. Please find out some history of the brand from someone who
would know, and you get the $10.

Dear mark459,

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that Flyers pants will be for
sale in regular clothing retail stores now or in the future.

I did research to find out what company was the owner of the "Flyers"
trademark for pants. The result was that the word mark "Flyers",
relating to "Clothing, namely pants, shorts, jeans and shirts" was
originally registered by a company named "TSI Brands Inc."
(Registration Number: 2878092).

Additional research led to the information that TSI Brands Inc. was a
wholly owned subsidiary of "Tropical Sportswear International
Corporation", based in Tampa, Florida. Flyers was one of their
clothing brands.

However, Tropical Sportswear International went bankrupt in late 2004;
in April 2005, the assets of the company were acquired by "Perry Ellis
International Inc." (PEI) of Miami, Florida.

The "Flyers" brand is now owned by "PEI Licensing Inc.", a wholly
owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International, Inc. However, the
Flyers brand is not listed on Perris Ellis' website among their brand
names. Obviously, nor products are currently made and/or sold under
the Flyers brand.

This leads to the conclusion that the pants currently sold at Ebay are
remainders of stock, the last of their kind (if the warehouses were
full by the time Tropical Sportswear International went bankrupt,
selling of these remainders may still go on for a while).

However, it might be possible that your specific pants formerly sold
under the Flyers brand are still made and sold by Perry Ellis, but
under one of their numerous other brand names. Therefore, you may want
to contact them to inquire:

Wow! You Rock! Thanks for the research, exactly what I expected, but
with a keywords of Flyers and Khaki the likelyhood of finding
something on the internet is impossible. Thanks.
