Hi. I am looking for links to posted policies and applications / application procedures for grants offered by U.S. pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies as well as foundations supported by pharma or biotech companies. (Some companies may post detailed information and others may post just a contact person to request grant materials ? I am looking for whatever they post on their sites, especially for the ~20 largest drug and biotech companies.) Many pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the U.S. provide small grants to support education of physicians and other health care professionals. Supported projects are typically workshops, seminars, web seminars, audio conferences, and individual speakers. However, sometimes these grants support written products like studies, reports, issue briefs, and surveys. These grants are often described as "educational grant" or "unrestricted grant" or similar terms. Sometimes these grant programs are administered by the companies directly but many are administered by foundations set up by the pharma or biotech company. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks. |
