My husband lost his glasses on a Lufthansa airplane (to & from
Hyderabad) a couple hours ago.

I can't find a lost & found phone number for Lufthansa, only a fax.

I'm considering these glasses a lost cause, but I would appreciate a
lost & found phone number for Lufthansa if you know it offhand.

Is your husband in Hyderabad? He might try calling the local Lufhansa
office to see if they might suggest how he could try to track down his
glasses.

Please repost this comment as an answer, because if I'm going to be
technical in determining which answer is paid, I was asking for a
Lufthansa number. And, practically speaking, my husband's glasses
continued along with the airplane, so the likelihood is he would find
them through the Lufthansa main number, if at all.

didn?t have a way to contact Lufthansa as soon as he realized that he
had lost his glasses. I hope he?ll be able to find them.

Regarding payment, it is automatically disbursed when a Google Answers
Researcher posts an official Answer to a question (but not when
Comments or Requests for Clarification are posted). Two Researchers
have offered suggestions here, but only one may receive the fee. If
you would like one of us to receive the fee, just choose which comment
was most useful, and ask the person who made that comment to repost
the comment as an Answer.

Thanks for your help. I asked for the answer in the "clarifications"
section to be paid, for the reasons I gave above. But, your answer was
also useful. If the Google editors can, I think it would be helpful to
