I would suggest a custom cabinet maker as a good source.

Also ask at your favorite restaurants for the companies that design
and outfit bars. Typically they are the equipment companies such as
the companies who make the refridgerators for bars. Your local
restaurants will know jsut who you should contact. Between the custom
cabinet maker and the equipment supply company you will get jsut what
you want and probably more ideas to choose form.
