In 1994 I purchased 3 leather wallets at the markets in Florence
Italy, for myself and my two brothers. One was green, one brown and
one blue.  The brand was 'Le Coccorico' and they came in a colorfull
box with a Toucan on the cover.  Embossed in the leather on the front
of the wallet is the brand name 'Le Coccorico' & the Toucan logo,
occupying an area of about an inch squared.  We all agree that they
were the best wallets we ever owned, but they are showing their age
and I would like to replace them.

I've tried to find a vendor online without success.

I will pay for anyone to supply contact details of a retail vendor of
'Le
Coccorico' wallets who can ship to the USA OR anyone who can find
evidence that my hunt is futile and that this line of wallets no
longer exists.

and the Italian for cocorico and coccorico "leather" which is "cuoio"

The only close thing I found was CoCorico! in France:

There is a www.coccorico.it (Italian) website which is captioned in
Italian. Unfortunately, it is an available domain name which could
indicate that, if this was in fact their domain at one time, the
company has quit business. I sent a couple of emails to see if the
person referenced on the page would respond to a request for
information about Coccorico, but received no reply.
