Which cars and trucks, made from 2004 to present, which aew branded
under foreign manufactures (i.e. European or Japanese) are actually
made in the United States and/or Canada?

For example you are looking for Toyotas, which are really made in a
manufacturing plant in Kentucky... yes?

Here's what I came up with, and I believe it's fairly comprehensive
(but if anything seems to be missing, just let me know, and I'll
continue looking).

Subaru:

Indiana plant makes Legacy, Outback, Baja, B9 Tribeca



Isuzu:

Ohio plant (DMAX), a joint venture with GM, makes diesel engines.



Honda:

Several Ohio plants make Accord, Civic, Element, Acura TL, engines and
transmissions.

Alabama plant makes Odyssey and Pilot.

Georgia plant makes automatic transmissions.

Ontario plants make Civic, Acura CSX,
Pilot, Ridgeline 



Mazda:

Michigan plant (Auto Alliance International), a jv with Ford, makes the Mazda-6.


Mitsubishi:

Illinois plant makes Eclipse, Galant, Eclipse Spyder, Endeavor.


Nissan:

Tennessee plants make Altima, Fronteir, Xterra, Maxima, Pathfinder,
and engines and transaxles.

Mississippi plant makes Quest, Titan, Armada, Altima and Infiniti.



Toyota:

California plant (NUMMI), a jv with GM, makes Corolla, Tacoma, Voltz.

Kentucky plant makes Camry, Avalon, Solara and engines.

Indiana plant makes Tundra, Sequoia, Sienna.

Texas plant makes Tundra.

Ontario plants make Corolla, Matrix, Lexus RX350 

Several other plants make automobile parts.



BMW:

South Carolina plant makes X5 Sports Activity Vehicle, Z4 Roadster, M
Roadster, Z4 Coupe and M Coupe.



Mercedes-Benz

Alabama plant makes  M-Class, R-Class and GL-Class.
