I'm looking for an off-shore bank in which to invest -- in fact, the
best off-shore bank.  I have no knowledge of which banks are the most
reliable & offer both the greatest return & security.  I've looked at
Standard Bank & The Bank of Nova Scotia for starters.  I've heard from
associates that BNS is strong because it's Canadian & off-shore
Caymans, but I'm not sure how important these things are.  Clearly, a
strong bottom line is important.

Ideally, I'd like a spreadsheet (something that you might expect from
Fortune Magazine)that details strengths, ratings, & recommendations by
investors.  Any suggestions?

There are some nice onshore and off-shore bank http://www.hsbc.com
with many worldwide branches even at Cayman islands.

They even accept online inquiry to open offshore account.
