My Epson Stylus Photo R300 is rejecting cd/dvd tray with printable
disc. The error message  is " cd/dvd tray not loaded correctly" I do
not agree. In the LCD
screen " cd settings is highlighted". The image prints o.k. on A4 plain paper.
Advice appreciated

Have you tried cleaning the CD?
