Quicken/MYOB and synchronising

My client has currently uses the MYOB accounting package and a PDA. He
can synchronise his PDA contacts to Outlook but not then Outlook
contacts to MYOB contacts. He would like to know:

1)If he can synchronise Outlook to MYOB, preferably without expensive
add-on upgrades.
2)If you can synchronise Outlook to Quicken (his second choice for an
accounting package)

He's currently thinking about upgrading so he wants to make the
decision between Quicken and MYOB in terms of Outlook contact
synchronisation suitability.
