I bought a second keyless entry remote for my 2004 Kia Spectra.  I
need programming instructions for it.  I've checked multiple websites
but I can't find instructions for Kias.  I don't want to pay the
ridiculous price the dealer charges.  Thank you.

I have not programmed a Kia before but you most likely will need
specific, and expensive, equipment to do so. I would say your best bet
is to join a Kia owners forum and search for this topic.
