Hi There! 1. I need to find a residential real estate agent in El Paso, Texas. The property being sought is hard to find----less than 1% of all homes/ranches would fit the specifications. 2. A friend said: visit the biggest real estate brokerage in town and ask for their top real estate agent by sales. In other words, find the "Biggest Dog" in the entire county for real estate. 3. This seems counter-intuitive to me. Surely, we won't get much attention from someone like this. On the other hand, such a person would certainly be knowledgeable and "tied into" activity in the area. 4. Personality match with the real estate agent is not important. But the agent's ability to locate a hard-to-find property over several months without becoming discouraged is very important. We intend to pay top dollar to get this kind of service. 5. A 5-star answer would be 1-2 paragraphs. All comments greatly appreciated! (Especially from someone in real estate, or folks who bought non-traditional pieces of property.) Thanks a million! ron |

Ron, I emailed a friend who lives in El Paso, and she suggests that you contact Barry and Tammy Karch: http://www.homesforsaleinelpasotexas.com/ |

You want to buy something unusual - reverse it, imagine you want to /sell/ something unusual In the 1960's my parents moved to a town, bought a holding place, and spent every weekend for four years viewing property. One day my mother 'phoned a woman about the sale of her house - the woman was astonished, she said :- 'How do you know ? My husband and I only decided to move yesterday' In 1992, my parents sold the place for 27 times what they paid for it. I have a suspicion that a hair stylist was involved in the purchase. |
