I know that it is possible to transmit warts from the hands to the
genitals, and I understand that this kind of transfer is much more
rare than genital-to-genital transfer (because of tropism on the part
of the various strains of HPV); I was wondering if there were
any more resources expanding and verifying this (or refuting
it, if that be the case), besides the one I found at
http://www.healthandhpv.com/faq/transmission.htm?

There is no answer at this time.
