What are urls of Internet presences of the top associations (ranked by
by guidelines below) and top trade conferences (ranked by guidelines
below) for at least the first 7 the company types (as listed below)?
The answer should deliver information for each company type as follows:
*at least 2 urls for top associations
*at least 1 url for trade conferences (often this url will be an page
on an association website so when you have found the association you
have found the tradeshow)
An example answer for an example company type is:
========================
Electric utility company type associations:
http://www.upmg.com/
http://www.usma.com/
Electric utility company type trade conferences:
http://www.upmg.com/ (conference info on front page)
http://www.usma.com/currentConf.html

I acknowledge that these ranking systems have some ambiguity so just
try to use them as a rough guideline when searching. I am trying to
avoid an assumption that "top" is just the biggest or most recognized
for an associated industry.
Please note that ?trade conference? is not necessarily synonymous with
?tradeshow? or ?conference?. Usually, trade conferences are sponsored
by associations and are highly targeted to specific roles within
specific company types. See example answer above for excellent
examples. This term has some ambiguity so just try to use the
description and example that I have provided as a guideline when
searching.
Please note that "company type" is not necessarily synonymous with
"industry". For example, though Boeing is in the airline industry, it
manufactures airplanes and does not provide air travel services. |
