The answer is NO.

heres why
most vehicles manufactured after 1986 were designed to safely operate
on E10 unleaded

A listing of FFV vehicles, or those capable of running on E85 fuel,
can be found at www.e85fuel.com. (Procedures for determining E85
compatibility via the VIN number can also be found on this site.) If
your vehicle is not included in this listing as an Flexible Fuel
Vehicle (FFVs) it could be because FFVs contain a fuel sensor that
detects the ethanol/gasoline ratio. In addition, a number of other
parts of the FFV's fuel delivery system are modified so that they are
ethanol compatible. The fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel injectors,
computer system, anti-siphon device and dashboard gauges are also
modified slightly to tolerate the alcohol. Engines that burn ethanol
also have higher compression ratios, deliver more fuel to the
combustion chambers, and have greater ignition advance strategies than
those that are designed to burn straight gasoline

in 2003 the only FFV engines that Dodge Offered are the 3.3L Dodge
Cargo Minivan and 2.7L Chrysler Sebring Convertible & Sedan. As for
new Dodge ram 1500's. Only the 4.7 from 2004+ can run E85.

So there you go, Your truck can only run a safe maximum of E10 Ethanal
blended gasoline. Any higher and you will damage your fuel components.
