Having trouble finding some very obscure information for a civil suit.
What are some examples of selection or screening criteria/standards
for youth workers (e.g., YMCA, public pools, summer camp workers) in
the late 1960's or early 1970's? For example, was there a standard
protocol for doing a background check or checking for prior
convictions for sexual or physical abuse? I would like examples used
in the Seattle, WA, area ideally, but anything nationwide would be
helpful.
