Hi, I think I might have a few suggestions for you. When people at the library I work at look for legal contracts like the ones you mentioned, some use a book called 'The Most Valuable Business Legal Forms You'll Ever Need'. It contains good examples of many of the forms that you listed. It was published in 2001. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1572481676/qid=1149126237/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/002-6220447-6413624?s=books&v=glance&n=283155 There's another more recent book (2004) that also might be able to help you. It's called 'Ultimate Book of Business Forms'. This is a book published by Enterpreneur's Magazine, and it contains lots of examples of business forms. It even has a CD that has the forms on there, so you can print out or fit the form to your business situation. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1932156674/ref=pd_sim_b_5/002-6220447-6413624?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=283155 |
