answered yet. while still I want it to be answered I am posting the
blow question.

Can I place an ad in a UK newspaper (or other media) asking for
financial support to complete my bachelor?s degree in the UK? And how
would I contact them for such a purpose?

You certainly can, you just put an advert in the small ads section

- you'll see plenty in the back of Private Eye

But I reckon you'll probably land up out of pocket, and you might get
some indecent propositions.

Thank you for reply frde, but your language seems somewhat difficult to me.
What do you mean by the back of private detective and out of pocket?
Also which newspapers (or type of newspaper) do you suggest?

I speak RP Brit
- British Received Pronounciation
(with a bit of argot)

I also do a fair variety of Pidgin - it takes me time to tune in

'Private Eye' is like 'Le Canard Enchaîné'

'Out of pocket' means you spend more than you get.

Oh, I need to understand those argots and Pidgin if I want to go to the UK :-)

I know what private eye is, but I didn't understand why you said "in
in the back of Private Eye"

You'll pick up the slang

'Private Eye' is a satirical magazine
- it has a back section containing 'small ads'
- normally there are a few begging for financial support
