I want to identify a piece of music from a television programme. The
programme is "Arena: The Football Men Part 3" presented by Hugh
Mcilvanney and first shown on BBC2 in March 1997. The music was
played over a montage of clips showing Glasgow Celtic football club
winning the European Cup in Lisbon in 1967. There is also a commentry
which obscures part of the track. I have made an mp3 recording of
this music which I could send in if necessary. I think it was also
played over the end credits of a documentary about the writer Muriel
Spark shown on BBC2 a few weeks ago.

If you could upload it somewhere so a researcher can listen to it, this may help.
There are several free uploading services. This is one.

This reminds me very much of some of Raymond Scott's jazz
compositions. However, I haven't been able to pin it down.
