During WW II refugees were herded from concentration camp to
concentration camp, and there were so-called NSF points at which
refugees were supposed to be able find find out things about the
camps. I need to know what the acronym NSF stood for in the context of
the concentration camps.

It is possible that the term "NSF points" refers to a facility
established pursuant to provisions of the Geneva Convention or some
sort of agreement between the Nazis and the Red Cross. The word
"points" in the term "NSF points" is used as it is used in, say, the
term "departure points."
