I was working on a company say A with H1 b visa. Now recently (two
week back) I have changed to company say B and i have not received H1
approval(I797) from company b but received 1 pay stub from B.Now I
want to join company C.Can i join company C immediately by showing the
two pay stubs of company A(pay stubs are recent) and their H1 visa
status? or I have to wait for couple of months to get the approval of
H1 from B?
