Hello Gobuffs1111, ZG was originally a license plate designation for Aspen & Pitkin County, Colorado, http://www.zg7908.com/about.html ?Aspen's prefix used to be WAlnut-5, and when I got here it was 925 (the W and the A equating to 9 and 2 on the dial). Ads in The Aspen Times just gave the last four digits because everyone was 925 (area code 303), just as everyone's license plates started with ZG.? Aspen Times http://aspentimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20041110/COLUMN/111100013&template=printart ?I live in Aspen, CO, and ZG used to be the license plate designation.? http://teachers.net/mentors/profreading/topic4524/5.09.06.07.09.47.html Can I still get ZG plates? According to Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder, ZG plates are no longer manufactured. http://www.aspenpitkin.com/depts/5/motor_plates.cfm Search terms used: ZG license plate Aspen I hope the information provided is helpful! Best regards, Bobbie7 |
