I would like to find a list of all the best links for information
related to processing multiple video streams into a single video
stream, That is, I want to take inputs from several live security
cameras and merge them onto a single video stream to be streamed out
over the web.  So each input stream would appear as a picture in
picture on the output stream.

I'm looking for the best reference list so I can start to learn morea
abou this subjects.

Hi if you would like join severalsignals into one you need unit which
is named QUAD which is able display 4 several video chanels on one
screen (ussualy 4 )

Is based on a Brooktree BT878 capture chipset, which it widely
supported. It features four inputs. Software is included with it that
might do what you want, but otherwise, being a widely supported
chipset, other applications might be available.
