My team develops www.windermere.com, a public web site with thousands of unique hits per day. Some of the links on our site display information in a secondary browser window. It's information on our site and it's requested by the user. Yet Norton Internet Security blocks it. Telling people to make the site a trusted site is not acceptable, considering the steps involved and the non-technical nature of many of our site visitors. What we want is to identify WHY NIS is blocking our stuff and how to fix the problem. |

You could try contacting Norton Internet Securtiy (Symantec) Technical Support. In Australia the phone number is 1300 368 089. There may be a charge for technical support. Website www.symantec.com Good Luck. |
