hi guys. I have a little toshiba portable dvd player. It's the
SD-P1600. I'd like to connect it to my small toshiba television so i
get a larger screen and more sound. I don't know what cable to get. I
got one at radio shack but it didn't work. The radio shack one was a
camcorder thingie with too many plugs. Anyways, the port dvd player
has a single AV out hole, and the tv has two input plugs, one for
video one for audio. Which cable should I get and can i order it
online anywhere? thanks

oedipamaas...

According to this review on About.com, your DVD player comes with
the cable in the box:

"Accessories in Box: A/V cable, Remote and battery, AC adapter,
Power cord, Battery pack, Car adapter"
http://portables.about.com/od/portabledvd/gr/SDP1600Review.htm

What does that one look like?

Here's a Mini AV to Composite Video and RCA Audio, which has 3
connectors on the TV end:

Let me know where this takes you...
