If you purchase a property in foreclosure in the state of Maryland,
USA, what is the time frame in which you can resell the property?
The current home owners mortgage company is in the process of
foreclosing but have not foreclosed yet (will be in 10 more days.) If
we wanted to purchase this property from the home owners so they
didn't lose the property, would there be a time frame in which we
would have to hold the property before we could resell it? What is
that time frame? Are there any ways around it?
Thanks
