I am searching for a strapless and fingerless continuous pulse rate
monitor, that looks and wears like a typical wristwatch.

Basically, a regular looking wristwatch that you wear that does not
require anything but putting it on your wrist, (no chest strap, no
required finger pulse buttons) and at a glance, will give you your
current heart rate.  An audible alert when the pulse rate is out of
range would also be a
nice feature but not mandatory.
