Will broccoli grow in Hyderabad India during the months of January
through March?  If I plant the seeds in early January, how long will
it take to get broccoli?

I am an American and will be in India during January - April.  I
anticipate wanting to eat broccoli (or any fresh green vegetables
really), so my question is simply for a home garden of size to feed
one person.  Not at all concerned about commercial farming at all.
