We live in the City of Chicago in a 5 unit condominium building. It's
new and we just formed an association and we are in the process of
developing "house rules" that we can put in place to manage the
building. Can you provide us a basic template that we can work from -
or a list of general things we should consider and modify for our
building? We are seeking topics like pets, noise, garbage, late
assessment fees, etc.
