So I'm writing a research paper, that is very much last minute
(meaning I need an answer very soon), concerning "Who is Jesus in the
Gospel according to Mark?"
The problem is I need some academic sources as listed in the
guidelines for the paper -
"3. REQUIRED SOURCES: A minimum of four (4) scholarly sources in
addition to the books required for the course when any part of them is
relevant to your topic. Only one article in an encyclopedia or
dictionary can be counted in this minimum of four sources, but you may
use as many encyc/dicty articles as you wish beyond that number [be
sure to cite the article by the name of the person who wrote it, not
the editor?s name]. A scholarly source is one in which the topic is
investigated historically, in the context of first?century Palestine,
with careful documentation and rigorously logical argumentation. Be
sure, of course, to use the course?books if they deal with your topic.
Important articles treating topics in this field are published in such
journals as: New Testament Studies, Journal of Biblical Literature,
Novum Testamentum, Interpretation, Catholic Biblical Quarterly,
Harvard Theological Review, and Biblical Theology Bulletin (this
journal specializes in social science approaches). See New Testament
Abstracts for summaries of most of the articles published in this
field."
So I'm asking for a few links (aleast 3) that are to citeable academic
sources (as short and as revlevant as possible please) that I can
access online that will help me answer the question "Who is Jesus in
the Gospel according to Mark?"
Thankyou |
