I am looking for a set of graphs that shows the following:

- Global energy demand for automotive applications (current and forecast)
- Global number of automotive vehicles (current and forecast)
- Contribution of automotive vehicles to global CO2 emissions levels
(current and forecast)

Please indicate the source of the information; you should use recent
and more importantly reliable sources.
